**Corporate team leader**

**Adamas Diamonds Canada **as part of the Diamonds Select Group, a Global Icon, is looking for a driven Team Leader to join our specialized Corporate Sales division.

This role includes high end jewellery and diamonds sales, team management and extensive travel.

Applicants should display an ability to rise to the challenge by accepting ownership of the division and driving it to exceed expectations.

This sales-based, managerial role, unique opportunity involves working with some of the most respected companies globally, continually building working relationships and increasing revenue.

The role requires travel both domestically and internationally as well as assisting with running the Edmonton based office.

Extensive travel periods may be required. Team Leaders must be able to accommodate a minimum 25 weeks (non-consecutively) annually away from home base.

Travel arrangements may change at a moment’s notice and the successful applicant must have flexibility to cater for change.

The role will require a dedicated professional with a proven sales and management track record who can work in a structured environment. Applicants with experience in the jewellery industry will be highly regarded.

The ability to work within a team environment and offer new ideas is essential. Highly developed communication skills along with leadership abilities are a must.

Team Leaders will be expected to assist with the day to day running of the Corporate Office base as well as with preparations and running of team operations including exhibitions.

Full training will be provided with the expectation that skills learnt would be applied immediately. Team Leaders will work directly alongside the Executive team and be offered full support.

Successful applicants will be offered a competitive salary structure with a generous, un-capped bonus package.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
