We’re looking for a Training Consultant to join our growing Atlantic Casualty team

This opportunity can be based in any of the following Atlantic Canada Intact offices: Dartmouth NS/Dieppe NB/St John's NL.

**What you'll do here**:

- Design, develop and facilitate various training initiatives and programs relating to process and workflow changes, Closed File Review and Interval File Review
- Plan and process system access requests and develop training modules to support system learning and support for new hires and existing team members
- Collaborate with management to develop and deliver onboarding training materials, oversee scheduling and overall execution of the onboarding experience
- Develop a continuing education library of training modules
- Organize and coordinate training sessions for team members online or in virtual classes.
- Attend meetings, work collaboratively with key partners and other stakeholders as required
- Support regional project management needs
- Act as an advisory resource for management team

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
- Completed or working toward CIP designation.
- Experience handling, training or mentoring auto and non-auto bodily injury and general liability claims claims considered an asset
- Open to designing and facilitating training through different approaches (e.g., classroom-based, online, etc.)
- Experience in eLearning design or training and development environments
- Advanced ability to communicate
- Excellent team player
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of the insurance legislative framework in all Atlantic provinces
