Administration Support Representative, Cinup

You will be responsible for processing new employee enrolments, changes and updates to existing employees, employee terminations, and extension of benefit requests. Other duties include assisting callers with administration and disability inquiries, processing firm updates, and creating employee packages.
This is a permanent, full-time role that is eligible for our hybrid work model.
**Qualifications**:
- One to three years of experience in group insurance, preferably in a customer service or administration role, is an asset
- Completion of courses within the industry (CEBS, LOMA) or equivalent work experience
- Strong, confident communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to stay composed and organized in a high-volume environment
- Capable of building and maintaining customer relations
- Ability to handle complex inquiries and solve concerns for our customers in a timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient using MS Office
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Bilingualism is an asset
