**Who we are**

Provision is a start-up within The Davis Group of companies (thedavisgroup.ca) Provision will be an ecomm CPG wholesaler focused on growth via digital sales and marketing channels.

**Who you are**

As a seasoned sales professional you are a results-driven individual whose main focus is market growth and ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience. Highly analytical, you are skilled in sales strategy, collaborating with digital agencies, executing on sales plans and managing the wholesale e-commerce P&L.

What you’ll do day-to-day
- Execute merchandising strategies for retail store accounts.
- Manage relationships with retail store accounts.
- Open new stores accounts.
- Merchandise and manage website.
- Source new products and negotiate listings.
- Manage the inventory and sales levels of all accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
- Introduce innovation to market at scale (150 sites day 0).
- Drive performance to top line using esatablished digital and physical marketing channels.
- Open new accounts and manage their performance.
- Manage P&L budget forecasts monthly.
- Work with founder to execute budget and strategy.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field - ecomm, sales, marketing, business.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, ecomm or related role
- Knowledge of the US and Canadian ecommerce markets is critical
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience executing a budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
