Cleo is seeking a **consulting Land Administrator** to join its team based out of our Calgary head office. This consultant will ensure accurate processing of all Cleo’s land files, including mineral, surface and contract.

The consulting Land Administrator will have the following skills:

- Manage all Mineral, Surface and Contract land administration
- Run monthly Rentals for mineral and surface
- Process third party requests and issue appropriate surface agreements
- Process third party invoices - Minerals and Non-Op Surface
- Data entry for acquisitions / dispositions as necessary; processing NOA’s
- Crown and Freehold land registrations
- Expiry tracking and maintenance
- Set up / cancel leases in CS
- Physical filing of documents as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5-8 years of related land experience
- Strong working knowledge of CS Land, Abadata, ETS and SpinII
- Strong familiarity with Alberta mineral tenure and government regulations
- Land Administration certificate or diploma as necessary
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Effective communicator and ability to work well in a team
- Self starter and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Cleo is looking for a part time consultant to fill this position, 2-3 days per week.
