We also have interest in several other oil sands projects, including Hangingstone, operated by Greenfire Resources Operating Corporation and Syncrude’s oil sands mining upgrading facility. In addition to our oil sands business, we have shale gas land in Northeast British Columbia, a power station in Balzac, Alberta, and interest in a wind farm in southern Alberta. Calgary is our regional corporate office for all North America.

**Your Background**:
- You hold a certificate, diploma, or degree in land administration.
- At least 15 years in a variety of land-related roles, including significant experience with surface land initiatives.
**Your Role with Our Team**:
- Providing advice / expertise on surface agreements, permitting, processes.
- Lead the acquisition of dispositions, third party approvals, and notifications to support various projects within CNOOC’s portfolio of Canadian assets.
- Facilitate communications and discussion with external stakeholders, including but not limited to contractors, landowners, commercial developers, regulatory officials, governmental agencies land brokers and project managers.
- Input accurate data into our land system management.
- Provide support related to inputs required for the Aboriginal Consultation processes.
- Compile construction packages
- Identify issues, risks and opportunities related to surface rights.
- Ensure regulatory compliance on surface land and manage regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Support remediation and reclamation of asset at end of life
- Provide support on third party management including road use, crossings, proximities, and one-call requests.
- Assisting or executing special projects as required.
- Regularly review various processes and precedents for accuracy and compliance.
- Providing mentorship and leadership to land administration team.
