*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Mentor to join our team. As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals in their personal and professional development. *Responsibilities* - Educate and provide guidance to individuals based on their needs and goals - Administer mentorship programs and initiatives - Demonstrate leadership qualities and serve as a role model - Conduct public speaking engagements to inspire and motivate mentees - Manage projects related to mentorship programs effectively - Assist in recruiting mentees and matching them with suitable mentors - Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of mentorship programs - Identify market trends and opportunities for program enhancement - Supervise mentoring sessions to ensure quality interactions *Qualifications* - Proven experience in mentoring or related fields - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management - Ability to recruit, train, and supervise mentees effectively - Excellent data collection and analysis abilities - Knowledge of market trends in mentorship programs - Leadership qualities with a passion for guiding others on their journey to success
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Winnipeg, MB R3B 1Z2
