Voici une opportunité pour vous de joindre le groupe Aspex, joueur prédominant dans l’industrie de l’optique. Le groupe Aspex fabrique et distribue des lunettes de vue et des lunettes solaires en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique Centrale, dans les Caraïbes et en Europe.

Le groupe Aspex, recrute actuellement un Responsable Marketing pour compléter son équipe au siège social situé à Montréal.

Sous la supervision du Vice-Président Ventes et Marketing, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing ainsi que de la conception et la gestion des plans marketing afin de rencontrer les objectifs définis. Il évalue aussi les opportunités du marché afin d’en dégager des plans d’actions pour promouvoir les marques du groupe.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Stratégie Marketing**
- Promouvoir les marques et produits du groupe Aspex
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de la stratégie marketing et la mettre en œuvre
- Déterminer les moyens stratégiques et de communication à mettre en place
- Mesurer et analyser le retour sur investissement (ROI) de la stratégie
- Faire des propositions pour se réaligner sur les objectifs et optimiser la stratégie

**Gestion Marketing**
- Élaborer les plans marketing appropriés en adéquation avec le budget fixé
- Mettre en place les plans marketing afin de rencontrer les objectifs
- Agir à titre d’expert-conseil pour tous les outils de communication
- Créer les contenus du matériel publicitaire traditionnel (infolettres, courriels, magasines, posters, notifications push, POP, etc.) et numérique (sites web, réseaux sociaux) en s’assurant de leur qualité et pertinence
- Planifier, gérer et coordonner la production de tout document de nature publicitaire, promotionnelle
- Gérer la diffusion des campagnes de marketing (envoi courriels, infolettres, automatisation marketing, ciblage, segmentation)
- Effectuer le suivi des campagnes
- Analyser les données et le retour sur investissement à la suite des campagnes marketing
- Assurer la cohésion et la coordination des actions marketing globales
- Assurer une communication efficace auprès équipes de gestion, des représentants et gérants des ventes, clients, groupes d’achats, partenaires externes
- Rester à l’affut des nouvelles tendances du marketing numérique, des communications, ainsi que des nouvelles technologies

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- DEC en marketing, communication au minimum, Baccalauréat (un atout)
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Bonnes connaissances des logiciels graphiques.
- Bonnes connaissances et pratiques des plateformes en ligne : Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Google etc.
