Key Responsibilities

  • Create Pre-Opening marketing templates and collateral.
  • Set up digital and social media channels in coordination with the technology team, local PR agency, management team.
  • Develop launch PR plan and activation strategy.
  • Collaborate and execute digital marketing activities including social media organic and paid (including paid social and PPC), and influencer programming.
  • Coordinate all marketing, PR, social, and onproperty activations, and events with MTB Collective and the local PR agency identified for the project.
  • Update all events and activation content on the Le Fou Fou.
  • Develop a solid and ongoing relationship with the vendors to amplify all social media posts and to participate meaningfully with marketing and social media initiatives and posts.
  • Manage and coordinate vendor digital platform alignment and community digital platforms.
  • Execute Food Hallspecific consumer offers/promotions on the LFF digital platforms.
  • Execute Food Hallspecific promotions/offers with the online delivery partner (Uber Eats)
  • Collaborate with the Royalmount marketing team on broader activations and promotions.
  • Lead grassroots local marketing efforts.
  • Forge local partnerships, i.e., relevant festivals, BID events, Convention activities, and local touristfocused businesses hotels, cruise/ferries, tour operators, etc.
  • Explore local advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate and update the LFF paid advertising program and ensure the maintenance of the digital assets.

Activations

  • Execute weekly/monthly programming to drive revenue and activations within the food hall
  • Coordinate the efforts of the local PR firm to amplify onproperty events and activations
  • Liaison with all thirdparty activations cultural, sponsors, entertainers, etc.
  • Conceive programming including outreach, negotiate with vendors and entertainers, and book engagements for le Fou Fou

Asset Capture

  • Capture social media content and direct thirdparty photo shoots.
  • Develop promotions on social media.
  • Work with the team on consumerfacing promotions.
  • Blend local activation and events calendar with broader Royalmount objectives.
  • Work with the chosen graphic designer to execute signage, artwork, and physical consumer messaging for Le Fou Fou.

Competitor Research & Tracking

  • Develop and update consumer segmentation for the location and create targeted marketing programs to drive trial and footfall.
  • Set and track KPIs and capture them in monthly performance reports on marketing activities footfall, social performance, influencer, paid and inhouse advertising, app use, top vendors, consumer offers, etc.
  • Optimizing performance on an ongoing basis using data tools
  • Develop local customer insight through surveys and wordofmouth.
  • Deliver all marketing efforts within established budgets.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven working experience in digital advertising, social media and traditional marketing channels.
  • Demonstrable experience managing large scale events and activations
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising programs that drive footfall and revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to capture content that is socialmediaworthy
  • Recognizes achievements that support team success

General Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • Possession of or the ability to possess all required work cards
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
  • Serve Safe Certified
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred

Technical Knowledge

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ Years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth
  • Proficient in Windows MS Office, Gmail
  • Knowledge of regional and local laws as it applies to spam laws, marketing requirements, dual language requirements, etc
