As the Content & Community Manager you’ll support the development of the Real Estate Team's content strategy and oversee the tactical implementation of the annual content calendar. You will manage our online communities across a variety of platforms, expressing our brand values and excellence in customer service. You have a passion for creating and writing engaging content and are always exploring new approaches.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key stakeholder in our marketing department**:

- Collaborate with external marketing agency for all paid and organic lead generation efforts across social media channels
- Work closely with Leadership and Sales teams to better understand their needs as well as client needs
- Develop workflows for furthering the development of the Fraser team brand so that communication can be streamlined internally and externally.
- Identify and network with key influencers in our industry to spread our brand message, making valuable connections.
- Establish, track and analyze weekly SEO, paid campaign performance, interpret data, and implement meaningful content optimizations to assess brand positioning and awareness

**Content creator & writer**:

- Create, publish and promote ongoing social media content, via a strategic content calendar
- Cultivate creative ideas to stimulate client interaction via social media platforms

**Community manager**:

- Moderating conversations and growing our organization’s online community presence across all social media platforms to generate brand awareness, loyalty, and leads
- Manage day-to-day tasks such as editing, posting, answering questions from followers and replying to comments on our social media channels. Must be willing to monitor and respond on evenings, weekends and holidays
- Attend community engagement and public relations events
- Remain media savvy by keeping abreast of competitive programs and social media opportunities, consistently providing best advice on how we can better leverage ourselves
- Whatever it takes to build our brand and provide exceptional service to our clients

**What will you need?**
- Post-secondary education in the Communication, Marketing or Public Relations field or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- A passion and the ability to turn real estate into engaging content that drives lead generation
- Be a thoughtful and fulsome thinker who seeks first to understand the big picture before executing instead of simply completing the tasks
- Effective communication skills across all social media networks to build brand awareness and online community engagement
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, digital ad buys, re-targeting, SEO and analytics including: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Technical skills to quickly self-learn and leverage CRM software, cloud-based infrastructure and SEO analytics (i.e. Google Analytics).
- Passion for leveraging marketing technology to drive client experience
- Able to create realistic schedules and meet deadlines under stress and interruptions
