**The opportunity**:
EfficiencyOne is looking for a** **Program Manager (15-month term) for Efficiency Nova Scotia's Residential Behaviour initiative. This program will issue home energy reports to Nova Scotia Power residential customers, offering various insights on their electricity usage. Participants will also be provided with tips to reduce their consumption and Efficiency Nova Scotia program recommendations to help them save.

The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure expected energy savings are achieved on budget and work with the home energy report Service Provider to improve the customer experience. The Program Manager must have strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. They must work well independently and be comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and organizations to grow and adapt this new program as needed to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining an annual program budget to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Responsible for determining the program's operational priorities and plan for long-term success.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of the program structure including, but not limited to, eligibility criteria, participant process, website content, printed materials, and scope of work for Service Providers.
- Oversee day-to-day program activities such as processing and approving Service Provider payments; measuring and claiming energy savings; fulfilling internal reporting requirements; handling escalated customer issues; developing and maintaining the program manual, logic model, evaluation plan, and associated documents; and supporting the annual evaluation/verification process, reviewing results, and implementing approved recommendations.
- Work with the home energy report Service Provider and other Efficiency Nova Scotia departments to identify and implement product and process improvements.
- Responsible for managing the home energy report Service Provider relationship and their performance through the life of the contract.
- Support the Customer Experience and Partnerships team in the development of outreach and marketing strategies and materials, aligning efforts with program goals.
- Support the Information and Analytics team as needed to ensure the quality and timeliness of customer data exchanges with the home energy report Service Provider.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Project management experience, including working with external partners.
- Demonstrated knowledge of energy conservation and principles of Demand-side Management.
- Experience or knowledge of social marketing behavior change.
- Experience with the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform is considered an asset.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Energy Manager or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, are considered an asset.
