Media Buying Manager

We are seeking a **Media Buying Manager** to join our Marketing team This person will be responsible for orchestrating stellar pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, while also leading the charge in planning, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns. Expertise in both PPC and media buying will be instrumental in driving target audience reach, increasing engagement and brand awareness, and bringing conversion.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with a budget of 1M, while simultaneously managing a minimum of 1,200 campaigns;
- Create and manage media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Instagram;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, PPC features, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and campaign enhancement;
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement;
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors in the digital advertising landscape;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager and Media Buyer Manager or a similar role managing successful Facebook and Google campaigns;
- Experience in planning, negotiating, and executing digital media buys across various channels;
- Google Ads certification and experience with Google Analytics;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
- Proficiency in using media buying platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs) to execute and optimize media campaigns;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
