In your role as an Office Administrator you will be the front line receptionist and face of Select Stone Supply for all customers who come into the office or call in. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will be supporting the Inside sales teams and provide exceptional service to customers.
You will assist the team in working indirectly with other internal stakeholders while interacting regularly with contractors, suppliers and all other project partners. You will be surrounded with an excellent team that is rallying for your success.
This is a seasonal role - you will have the opportunity to take time off from December to March.
Practically speaking, here's what you'll do on a day-to-day basis
- Provide excellent service to our customers in day to day operations
- Enter and update orders on appropriate program
- Enter orders into Salesforce
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Invoice for orders picked-up by customers in yard.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Right Fit
You are a friendly person with strong communication skills and have worked in a customer service position in the past. Maybe you have some experience in office or in the landscaping or building field and are looking for professional office experience. Wherever you came from, you’ll be a great fit if you possess the following characteristics.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written and fluent in English
- Professional and customer focused with a helpful and friendly disposition.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Capable of building rapport and work with co-workers and clients.
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through potential conflict, work cooperatively and motivate others
- Driven by a sense of urgency, initiative and desire to get things done quickly and correctly
- Strong work ethic
- Process-oriented

**Qualifications**:

- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in Sage and Salesforce an asset but we can train you on this.
