**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for maintaining an automated e-payment portfolio.
- Updating credit card/bank info
- Review weekly reports related to payment authorizations/declines

Help maintain payment portals
Coordinate with A/R team on billing/collection issues.
Manage and organize a Payments mailbox.
- Customer account set up within secure online payment portal.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Manager of Customer Accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Accuracy and speed
- SAP experience an asset.
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with E-payments an asset
- Delego (provider of SAP integrated payments)
- Knowledge of online Portals for invoice submission to customers
- Detail oriented
- Team Player
- Professional, positive attitude with a focus on Customer Service

**Location**: This is a hybrid opportunity and may require the employee to come to our Waterloo office.
