**Job Summary**

We are looking for a top-notch experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion. This role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will work closely with owners, site supervisors, office staff, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and profitably. A strong background in residential, commercial construction and project management is essential. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with excellent leadership, organizational, and technical skills to drive successful project outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and engage with project coordinators, site supervisors, team members, and subcontractors to ensure on schedule delivery and quality requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Review in detail, all project related materials, including shop drawings, architectural drawings and project contracts to ensure compliance.
- Scheduling, attending and leading project meetings and attend site meetings as required and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, provide regular status reports, and sign off on key project stages.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery and ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and contractual requirements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in Construction Project Management.
- Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and safety standards.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic understanding of MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and quality management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
