We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our medical and rehabilitation clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that promote our clinic's services, engage with our patients, and attract new clientele. Your expertise in digital marketing within the healthcare sector will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and supporting our mission to provide exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaboration with Medical Professionals and Staff:

- Work closely with our medical and rehabilitation team to understand our services and patient needs, translating them into compelling marketing content.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to develop onboarding materials and promotional content for new patients.

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop video content featuring medical professionals and success stories to showcase our clinic's expertise and compassionate care.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our clinic's social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting of relevant content and responding to patient inquiries and feedback.
- Devise social media strategies to connect with our community and educate the public about our specialized services.

Advertising of services:

- Develop marketing campaigns to attract new patients and provide them with valuable information about our clinic's services and benefits.
- Highlight our clinic's strengths and specialized offerings to potential patients.

Paid Advertising:

- Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media and search engines, to reach and engage with a targeted audience.
- Optimize advertisements to maximize return on investment (ROI) and increase patient acquisition.

Social Media Posts:

- Create a content calendar for social media posts, aligning with our clinic's goals and patient interests.
- Craft compelling and informative social media posts that highlight our medical expertise, rehabilitation success stories, and patient testimonials.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clinic management, enabling data-driven decision-making.

*Additional job-related tasks in scope of specialist role as per manager/director discretion

Qualifications:

- Experience in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with medical and rehabilitation services and an understanding of patient needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in video editing software and video production best practices.
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic clinic environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
