Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in creating and nurturing relationships with clients and prospects. This role is all about engaging with people in a friendly, informal manner and leveraging those connections to drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Engage and Connect**: Develop new relationships with clients and partners. Your ability to connect on a personal level will be crucial in building a strong network.
- **Persuade and Influence**: Utilize your understanding of client needs. Your communication style should be lively, energetic, and geared towards "selling" rather than just "telling."
- **Collaborate and Lead**: Work closely with team members and clients, ensuring smooth collaboration. Leadership will come through building and maintaining strong relationships.
- **Manage Multiple Projects**: Handle several projects simultaneously, adapting to a fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
- **Delegate and Trust**: Efficiently delegate tasks and authority, trusting others to deliver on commitments. Your ability to quickly assess and trust the capabilities of others will be key to your success.

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
