**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.

**2. Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate the company's tools and equipment to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Customize sales pitches and presentations to meet the specific needs of each client.

**3. Market Research and Industry Insight**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Gather and report market intelligence to help the company adapt and refine its product offerings and sales strategies.

**4. Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Provide clients with comprehensive product information, usage instructions, and support.
- Attend and Participate in weekly meetings.

**5. Negotiation and Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales contracts.
- Close sales deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

**6. Client Support and Issue Resolution**:

- Handle any post-sales inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the company's internal teams to resolve any product or service-related issues.

**7. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software and other technology tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.

**8. Representation and Brand Promotion**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Promote the company's brand, values, and products through professional conduct and appearance.

**9. Compliance and Ethical Standards**:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**10. Continuous Improvement**:

- Seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the company on potential improvements in products, services, and sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, in the tools or construction industry.
- Established network and connections within the tools and construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM software and other sales technology tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
