**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Creating Estimates and processing orders for glass & parts
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee compensation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth workflow and address any administrative needs.
- Support various clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, prepping the team vans before installations, and managing supplies inventory.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: $20.45-$28.79 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
