**Description:
- Temporary Full Time- The Administrative Support Assistant in our Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) in Montreal will be responsible for supporting the team with the day to day administrative functions for disability claimants.**What you will do**
- Identify documents related to claims
- Index documents to claims
- Update databases of claimants, providers, suppliers
- Handle routine telephone inquiries
- Process claims for reimbursement of medical expenses
- Process, scan et distribute mail and prints
- Communicate with claimants or external providers by phone or in writing

**What you will bring**
- Excellent customer service skills
- **Bilingual in English and French required (oral and in writing)**:

- Proficient user in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
- Teamwork oriented
- Well developed organizational and time management skills
- Due to the high profile of a number of our clients, a Federal Government Enhanced Screening is a job requirement and this will involve fingerprinting and a credit check.- The base salary for this position is between **$37,000**:

- $50,100** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.- For student opportunities only- For our student opportunities, the base salary will be dependent on the number of work terms you have completed along with other factors depending on your program.-
