- Generate new leads and convert them into customers

- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
- Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meeting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of hunting for new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with packaging supplies and related industry trends
- A deep understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Experience working with Hub Spot
