**2023 Inside Sales & Order Entry Administrator Job Description**
Kontek’s **Inside Sales & Order Entry Administrator** position is an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for a customer service focussed professional with 2 to 4 years’ experience in an industrial sales setting.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Manage the receipt, handling and follow-up of sales activities:
- Receive and coordinate all sales inquiries in line with the company’s ISO 9001 sales process
- Monitor and track the status of all live parts & service inquiries & quotes to ensure actions are completed in a timely & professional manner
- Liaise with customer, Kontek’s sales, design engineering and procurement teams to capture and distribute necessary information
- Collect and report post-sales customer information and issues
- Promote Kontek’s ISO 9001 processes in an endless effort toward quality product and customer satisfaction
General sales support and administration:
- Daily sales administration duties, i.e. order entry, customer invoicing, order preparation
- Provide quotes and assistance to new and existing customers
- Manage customer communications & follow up on quotes
- Assist with product pricing and price list maintenance
- Attend sales and marketing meetings
- Other general administrative and customer-related duties as required
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinions
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and an ability to multi-task in an often fast-paced environment
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize and take accountability
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, accounting software (Sage accounting experience an asset)
**Salary**: $20.00-$27.50 per hour
