Inside Sales Representative

Burlington, Canada Total Solutions Inc. Full time

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our company in Burlington, ON. We have been in business more than 25 years, selling barcode printers, scanners, color label printers, consumables and accessories that we ship across Canada and the U.S.

The main duties for this position will be:

- Promote company’s product line offerings by working with team on marketing campaigns
- Regular contact with existing customer base to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Establish new sales from existing customers
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers/partners
- Follow up on leads and quotes
- Work with team to ensure sales goals and customer satisfaction is achieved

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

**This is an in-office position**

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
