**Core Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information in both French and English
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions, while simultaneously navigating through multiple systems

**Qualifications**:

- Can speak and write both in French and English Fluently

- You work well with a team or independently
- You are able to commit 40 working hours per week
- You have previous call center experience
- Financial, accounting and book keeping experience is an asset
