Our people are what drives our innovation, growth, and well-being.- We are looking for one (1) Bilingual Customer Service Center Representative to help grow our business and contribute to our future.- The Customer Service Center Representative provides excellent customer service through a variety of contact channels on ISC’s products and services. This position primarily provides front line, in-person customer services and support for ISC’s product lines including the Land Registry and Personal Property Registry (PPR). Reporting to Customer Service Centre Manager, other highlights include:
- Provides final authority in processing registrations while examining/researching packets, complex or otherwise, and then either rejects or registers all packets submitted for registration.
- Gives explicit instruction to clients from corporations, the general public, government officials and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet (Land Title documents) registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions.
- Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System on a daily basis, including financial and clerical transactions.
- What you’ll need:
- A two (2) year post-high school Diploma (or) equivalent training and/or experience, as well as experience in a front-line customer service environment.
- Bilingual in French & English with oral and written communication.
- Proven knowledge of legal terminology relating to the ownership of land required to examine titles for accuracy.
- Knowledge of administrative office procedures and processes.
- Knowledge of basic accounting theories and principles.- What we offer:
