**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:
- Respond to requests for reservations, cancellations and information.
- Input reservations, maintain and control group blocks and activity.
- Maintain reservation files.
- Liaise between departments as it pertains to reservations.
- Follow up on special requests made by guests at the point of booking.
- Other duties as assigned.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**_Education/Experience and skills _**
- Previous Reservations experience is an asset.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous guest service experience a definite asset.
**_Complexity/Analysis: _**
- Excellent communication skills in both official languages (English and French) required.
- Superior service excellence skills to exceed guest expectations.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Experience with Marriott Systems including MARSHA, PMS, CI/TY and One Yield a definite asset.
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Must be friendly and committed to a high level of guest service.
