310-DUMP is looking for a strong and experienced **Outside Sales Representative** (Edmonton) - highly motivated self-starter who will come on board and continue to grow our business by promoting our **Waste & Recycle services**. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales plans for an entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

**Responsibilities for this Role**:
- Present the company's products and services.
- Prepare Quotes and proposals.
- Follow up with your contacts.
- Close sales.
- Cold calling/visiting.
- Meet monthly targets.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
- **Experience**:
- **DOOR- to -DOOR **sales experience (at least 1 year)
- Leverage at least 3 years of sales background.
- Proven sales and lead generation abilities
- Working knowledge of social media
- Good computer skills; comfortable with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent English communication skills and capacity to influence sales, in person, over the phone, with customers are various levels.
- **Client-Centric**: Proven experience identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
- **Preferred Skill**: Prior door-to-door experience.
