Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
**Responsibilities**:
Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to expand the client base within the designated territory. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. Provide consultative sales approach by understanding clients' requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals. Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, excellent customer service, and ongoing support. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects using CRM software. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
