**Job Overview**
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting and acquiring new business opportunities in the designated market area. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to effectively communicate the value of products or services to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
