A large part of this role is to ensure that we identify, attract and secure diverse talent for strategic positions to maintain our market-leading position and achieve our ambitious growth plans.-
Further responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively with the TA team and leadership to identify strategic needs.
- Identify target industries with transferable skills to source talent from.
- Lead briefing sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role and person specifications, appropriate target companies, skills and behaviors required etc. Agree individual recruitment plans.
- Build out talent networks across the industry, and adjacent sectors, and provide market insight and intelligence to the business.
- Participate in update meetings on active searches, providing status reports and presentations where necessary.
- Conduct initial shortlisting interviews; clearly positioning role requirements and opportunity whilst articulating our purpose and values.
- Help to drive Mott MacDonald’s EDI initiatives throughout recruitment processes.-
- Proven experience talent sourcing in a Corporate, complex, professional services environment, ideally from the A/E/C industry, with an emphasis on executive search and/or strategic recruitment.
- Highly effective in developing and delivering sourcing strategies and creating talent pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously and be a self-starter.
- Ability to work across multiple searches through project management and prioritization skills.
- Social media savvy with complimentary ideas of how to best utilize platforms to drive talent attraction.
