Toronto, Canada Spadina Chiropractic Centre Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage bookings.
- Disinfect treatment tables between appointments.
- Handle payments and purchase of office supplies.
- Complete sale summaries daily and product performance monthly.
- Maintain electronic health records while adhering to patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a tidy office space and take care of several small plants.
- Any other needs of the chiropractor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an office setting.
- Familiar with chiropractic care, ideally having received it in the past.
- Punctual, the office cannot operate without your presence.
- Friendly and accommodating.
- Understanding and supportive of the diverse needs of our practice members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to accommodate the limited hours that the clinic operates, including unpaid lunch break of Monday and Wednesday.

**Schedule**:

- Monday: 9:30 - 1:00 and 3:00 - 6:00
- Wednesday: 9:30 - 1:00 and 3:00 - 6:00
- Friday: 9:30 - 1:00
- Saturday: the first Saturday of every month from 8:30 - 12:30.

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
