**Reporting to the Supervisor of the Power Platform Product Team, the Power Platform Enablement Officer will provide**
**leadership and mentorship to the business as they develop Power Platform capabilities.**

The Enablement Lead is focused on employee experience. It is responsible for driving adoption of low code development using the
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent). This role leads the Power
Platform Community of Practice to ensure that employees have the knowledge to fully exploit Power Platform technologies. This role
will work closely with business areas to maximize the value extracted from these tools.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships with the business to foster further adoption of the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Mentor the D&T business partners and the lines of business to help them navigate the power platform, to understand the

business problems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Power Platform Community of Practice to facilitate knowledge sharing and

collaboration across the enterprise through regular engagement.
- Establish metrics to monitor how the Power Platform is driving business value and show alignment with business objectives

and key results.
- Act as Power Platform Organizational Change Management (OCM) Liaison to plan, implement and monitor and be

accountable for OCM deliverables with the support of Enterprise Enablement Change Practitioners.
- Define and lead the Power Platform enablement strategy and processes.
- Develop and execute enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and
- learns, etc.).- Coordinates multi-channel communications campaigns to drive Power Platform technology adoption.
- Oversee the creation, management and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos,
- how-to, quick-start guides, etc.).- Partner with Modern Digital Workplace operations, technical specialists, architects, and leaders to identify potential

improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Four-year Degree in a related discipline from an institute of recognized standing pilus five years of directly related experience

in driving adoption of new technology
OR
- Two-year Diploma in a related discipline from an institute of recognized standing plus seven years' experience of directly

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $44.16-$60.97 Hourly,
$84,621.94-$116,831.26 Annually.
