Our Restaurant Success team is responsible for acquiring those partners, welcoming them into our community and ensuring we are creating long lasting relationships built on value and trust. Creating a marketplace that meets every consumer's needs requires a breadth of restaurant choice for every occasion. Working at SkipTheDishes as a Salesforce and Technical Lead you will be responsible for working with business analysts, administrators, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce CRM solution. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Sales Enablement Team team which is focused primarily on supporting the Canadian Market.

**What's On Your Plate**:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and solutions
- Setting vision and standards for the development and integration of Salesforce solutions
- Recommend effective technology solutions for business challenges
- Lead technical discussions with key stakeholders
- Experience raising warning flags about technical or project issues where appropriate
- Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM

**Recipe for Success**:

- In-depth Salesforce experience (4+ years)
- Experience in a non-mature Salesforce environment
- Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
- Has experience leading initiatives that require business change
- Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
- 3+ years of leading technical project teams
- A desire to take ownership of ambitious projects
- Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Well organised - you're able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads in a fast paced industry
- Razor sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A keen interest in the food industry and the world of restaurants
