**Job Title**: Project Manager

**Location**: G3 Head Office

Project Managers at G3 are responsible for overseeing and managing the technical, functional, and financial execution of one or more simultaneous efforts defined as formal Projects, Programs, or informal work efforts.

The Project Manager has demonstrated technical expertise, a record of successful projects and satisfied clients/sponsors, an ability to understand and articulate customer needs, and a history of taking initiative while working well in a team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline a work plan.
- Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Analyze project proposals to determine a time frame, funding limitations and appropriate processes for accomplishing projects.
- Monitor project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the organization.
- Ensure that project goals are in line with business objectives.
- Ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Communicate status on projects to stakeholders.
- Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
- Establish and lead change management activities for projects and initiatives.
- Can be called on to assist with Business Analysis tasks where required.

**PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer/Information sciences, mathematics, business/MIS or related field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two years relevant and demonstrated IT project management work, utilizing Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or a blending of the above frameworks in complex environments with highly successful outcomes.
- Strong technology underpinnings and project management experiences with workflow automation platforms, ERP systems, financial platforms, ITSM, network, operating system, database, and software development. PMI Certifications helpful but not required.
- Experience with Project management tools and PowerPoint a must.

**Other Capabilities**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects on a regular basis.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ability to manage teams, assign tasks, and keep a focused effort on key deliverables and time lines
- Basic financial acumen including Capex/Opex, budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to describe technical project challenges in non-technical ways
- Ability to influence peers
- Excellent communication skills to include:
