**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Payroll Management:

- Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- QuickBooks Management:

- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Generate financial reports and statements from QuickBooks.
- Support in Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
- Compliance and Audit Support:

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- General Administrative Support:

- Assist with day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the Financial Controller as needed.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Knowledge in the use of Power BI is an advantage, with an interest in developing/expanding one's knowledge base in this area.
- Experience with payroll processing and management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
- Experience in an accounting environment.
- Familiarity with additional accounting software and ERP systems.
