Accountancy - Finance Manager

- Support the leadership team in making critical business decisions with accurate and timely data driven insights and reports.
- Plan, implement and oversee the overall finance strategy that supports the short and long-term goals, including but not limited to the revenue growth, profitability, and cash management.
- Assist in continuous improvement of financial policies, practices, reporting and planning processes.
- Partner and collaborate with other Finance teams and internal departments to gather/share information necessary to support financial results.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team members while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. li>
- 5+ years of hands-on experience leading finance teams in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with SAP.
