**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the scheduling of employee and contractor shifts, ensuring coverage for all locations
- Maintain and update the scheduling software to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure that employee and contractor schedules adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to align schedules with departmental objectives
- Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor attendance for employee and contractor shifts
- Arrange event rooms and locations for training and other events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to schedule events and training sessions
- Assist with hiring and recruitment efforts as needed
- Address scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively
- Provide administrative support as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a scheduling or administrative support role
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and productivity tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Pay: $58,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
