**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented External Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive range of IT solutions to businesses in various industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate new leads**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Build client relationships**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business needs, and present tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.
- **Sales presentations**: Conduct persuasive and engaging presentations to showcase our IT solutions and demonstrate their value proposition to potential clients.
- **Consultative selling**: Understand client requirements and pain points, and offer strategic advice on how our IT solutions can solve their business challenges and improve their operations.
- **Sales negotiations**: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- **Sales pipeline management**:Track and manage the entire sales process, including lead qualification, proposal generation, and closing deals, using a CRM system.
- **Collaboration with internal teams**:Collaborate with our technical experts to develop customized IT solutions that meet client expectations.
- **Market intelligence**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Achieve sales targets**: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry or related technology solutions.
- **Technical knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, networking, and infrastructure services.
- **Relationship building**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- **Communication skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Sales acumen**: Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, present solutions effectively, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- **Self-motivation**: Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry, staying abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
