**About the Position**

The Associate will be responsible for supporting customer and category planning functions within Sales Strategy, and working closely with the x-functional Go To Market team in areas of key account management, shopper marketing, category management, insights, brand strategy and net revenue management. If you enjoy challenges, this role is a great way to make a huge difference throughout key business processes while influencing 6Ps and creating compelling customer selling stories.
- Create and organize compelling category selling stories for retail customers and food service operators that helps Upfield deliver its monthly and annual business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver winning revenue growth strategies
- Supports sales planning processes including elements of annual planning, strategic planning, trade promo management, reporting and analytics
- All otherrevenue growth projects as needed

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**
- Have a passion for creating compelling selling stories for retail channels and food service
- Agility for leadership, collaboration and an insurgent mind-set
- Comfortable to navigate Trade Promo Management (TPM) tool and reporting
- Trade planning or business analysis experience an asset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detailis a must
- 2-year CPG experience or equivalent working with key account managers
