Paragon Living is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to enhance our team. This role demands the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to boost the visibility and performance of our multifamily residential communities. We seek a creative, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is driven to contribute to our company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, and event coordination.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to shape strategies for both new and existing properties.
- Lead the creation of digital content strategies to boost online visibility and engagement through social media and content marketing.
- Engage with community stakeholders through digital marketing efforts such as social media interactions, customer reviews, and direct messaging to enhance brand loyalty.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, demonstrating marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus in residential real estate and project marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a demanding environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, adept at working collaboratively across teams and with external agencies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
