We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Management Team at Riverbend Inn and Vineyard. Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in all front-of-house food and beverage operations at the Property with the goal of ensuring high quality dining experiences and achievement of business and financial objectives. This position involves weekend work.

**We are looking for a teammate with**:

- Supervisory experience in a fine dining restaurant environment.
- Post-secondary studies in Hospitality a definite asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in group training and coaching.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required.

**This teammate will be accountable for**:

- Assisting with upholding the property's standards of service amongst the team.
- Assisting with team member training and coaching.
- Assisting with the development of merchandising programs that support brand building activities.
- Ensuring accuracy of all administration activities during pre-shift, clock-in, shift-reads, and closing duties.
- Assisting with the execution of budgets and expenses.
- Promotes a health & safety culture by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment through effective operation of the Health and Safety program, joint H&S committee (if applicable) and compliance with EH&S regulations.
