Our Information Management and Information Technology team is seeking a talented Change Management Analyst with exceptional skills in communication. We are looking for someone, with the unique ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear and understandable documents tailored for a diverse audience, including those with varying levels of technical proficiency.

**Title**: Change Management Analyst
**Salary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday
- Friday (core hours
- 9:00 am
- 3:00 pm)
**Location**: Coast Salish Musqueam Nations
- Metro Vancouver: Sinclair office - (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office)

**About the role**
As Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will provide direct support to other FNHA managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through technology-related changes and transitions. You will provide support to project teams in integrating Change Management activities into their project plans. Overall, you will support with Change Management responsibilities such as creating technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, mapping workflows, and drafting End User Support Resources.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing/Communications/English/Graphic Designer an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Prosci®, Certified Change Management Professional or other related change management certification or training is considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Health Care and/or Clinical Technology-related field.
- Experience working with technical documentation within an IT department
- Experience and Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture
- Experience in writing explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Advanced knowledge of MS office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Graphics and Media design and production

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
