**Education**:
Degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of post-secondary education, training and experience

Degree equivalency

Occupational certification:
Certificate(s) for a minimum of 75 hours of training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation, Conciliation or Informal Conflict Management)

**Experience**:

- *Significant experience leading all-party mediations
- Experience working in a complaint, compliance, human rights or legal environment
- Experience in managing human resources, such as supervising staff, providing training/coaching, staff development, completing performance evaluations, and / or workload planning advice

NOTE: *Significant experience means a depth and breadth of experience normally acquired in the course of approximately two (2) or more years.

Asset education:
Law degree from a recognized university.

Degree equivalency

Asset experience:

- Experience in providing strategic or operational recommendations to senior management
- Experience in managing financial resources and/or providing financial recommendations related to contracts, salary, training and/or operational budgets to senior management
