This position is an excellent starting point for a marketing or sales career, or other opportunities at FirstService Residential. The primary duty of this position is working via online resources to generate sales lead information based on identified opportunities. Development of appropriate databases, resources, and lists for the marketing and sales teams are also required.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Manage data mining efforts in accordance with lead generation strategy
- Enters + distributes leads from all internal/external sources via Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Maintains CRM database integrity by updating account, lead, and opportunity records on a regular basis.
- Identify and correct bad data in the customer database, troubleshoots user maintenance requests
- Maintains prospect list, broken down by lead source, manager, or other identifiers.
- Track website RFPs + web form results against CRM to ensure quality and volume of leads is sufficient
- Collaboration with business development directors to maintain the integrity of CRM
- Provide assistance with business intelligence projects that lead to market insights
- Conduct business always with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet deadlines

**Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Ability to retrieve customer information quickly and accurately in company computer systems.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, manage multiple high priority projects concurrently and react quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Demonstrates good client interaction.
- Must be goal minded and possess a self-starting drive to get the job done.
- Excellent analytical person demonstrates ability to use creative alternatives.
- Strong ethical practices.
- Experience working with CRM platforms preferred. (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.)
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Ability to interpret substantial amounts of data and to multi-task

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of sales support and/or operations experience, preferably in a service field
