**Position**:Sales & Marketing Coordinator**
**Location**: Toronto, Canada / Remote Options Available
**Reporting**: Directly to the Life Science Practice Lead
- Works and reports indirectly to Chief Operating Officer with respect to leading revenue acceleration initiative.
- Works collaboratively with our ELLUM Media partner for content creation
- Works collaboratively with Hubspot and Zoom Info technology lead and Manager of Growth.
**Salary**: $45000 - $55,000
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including Google AdWords campaigns and LinkedIn advertising, to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
- Coordinate and execute social media strategies across various platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and establish positive public relations.
- Develop and distribute on a consistent plan of high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Leverage ZoomInfo and Hubspot for market research, lead generation, and database management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and sales progress using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with our key third party media partner, external consulting agencies and technology vendors as required to execute and evaluate marketing and sales campaigns.
- Assist in the organization, attendance and evaluation of physical and virtual events, webinars, or workshops, utilizing platforms like Zoom
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and sales trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or a related field.
- understanding or experience in Canadian health care a plus
- 2-4 years of marketing experience (ex. digital marketing, content creation, and social media management).
- Demonstrable experience with Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with an attention to detail.
