We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team.

**In this role you will**:

- Support the full cycle recruitment efforts for manufacturing roles including posting jobs, applicant management, interviews, references, and pre-employment testing. May also support technical and office roles as required.
- Assist with internal recruitment and career pathing through job postings, discussions with employees and coordinating transfers and promotions with leaders.
- New hire onboarding preparation and facilitating orientation, new hire support, benefit meetings and training.
- Analyze recruitment strategies to retention trends through various HR metrics.
- Partner with other HR members in maintaining daily HRIS administration, employee records management, data integrity checks, research possible system improvements and troubleshooting, be a resource to users and assist with companywide system updates.

**You will bring**:

- Completed or currently enrolled in post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources.
- Experience with recruitment in a manufacturing setting considered an asset.
- Prior experience in HRIS maintenance, and data analytics is preferred. UKG or similar systems experience is preferred.
- Able to use Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Effective in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
- Comfortable with public speaking, networking, facilitating training and presentations.
