Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Enter customer data and maintain accurate records in the company database
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proven ability to upsell products and services
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism

Pay: $36,018.98-$40,145.67 per year
