Nous recherchons un.e Responsable de programme pour rejoindre notre équipe. L’objectif d’un.e gestionnaire de programme chez Wisk est de s’assurer que les jalons, le budget et la dotation du programme sont optimisés et respectent les allocations. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Vol autonome et navigation, qui est chargée de développer et de certifier les fonctionnalités à bord prenant en charge les vols autonomes.

Il s’agit d’un poste **hybride**. Chez Wisk, cela signifie travailler sur place à notre bureau à Montréal 2 à 3 jours par semaine avec une flexibilité pour le reste des jours.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. The goal of a Program Manager at Wisk is to ensure that program milestones, budget and staffing are optimized and remain within allocations. You will be part of the Autoflight & Navigation team that is responsible to develop and certify onboard functionality supporting autonomous flights.

This is a **hybrid** work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Montreal office 2 to 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.

- Vous vous coordonnez avec les équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris l’ingénierie, les opérations aériennes, la R&D et la fabrication, pour atteindre les jalons et les objectifs du programme.
- Gérer efficacement les échéanciers, les budgets et les ressources des projets pour atteindre les objectifs du programme dans les délais et les contraintes budgétaires définis.
- Collaborer avec plusieurs équipes pour définir les exigences techniques, mener des études de faisabilité et évaluer les technologies émergentes pour l’intégration dans les systèmes EVTOL.
- Mener des initiatives d’amélioration continue pour améliorer l’efficacité, la fiabilité et la performance des aéronefs EVTOL grâce à des essais itératifs et des itérations de conception.
- Agir à titre de point de contact principal pour les partenaires et fournisseurs externes. Effectuer des activités de gestion des fournisseurs.
- Fournir régulièrement des mises à jour au sujet des progrès, des évaluations des risques et des recommandations à la haute direction pour faciliter la prise de décisions éclairées et l’affectation des ressources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, flight operations, R&D and manufacturing, to achieve program milestones and objectives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet program goals within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to define technical requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and assess emerging technologies for integration into eVTOL systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of eVTOL aircraft through iterative testing and design iterations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and suppliers. Perform supplier management activities.
- Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making and resource allocation.

- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de programme en aérospatiale.
- Expertise démontrée dans les méthodologies de gestion de projet, y compris la planification, la budgétisation, la gestion des risques et l’affectation des ressources.
