Le rôle du gestionnaire de programme technique (TPM) de Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) est déterminant, car il veille à ce que les équipes d'ingénieurs atteignent les objectifs de l'entreprise. Il est responsable de l'exécution de programmes et d'initiatives complexes, de la planification à l'exécution, y compris les prévisions de livraison, la gestion des risques, les dépendances et l'alignement avec les parties prenantes. Dans ce rôle, vous vous engagerez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, avec d'autres divisions d'Autodesk et/ou des partenaires/parties prenantes externes pour conduire les aspects clés des solutions techniques et de la planification stratégique, et pour traiter les dépendances et les relations entre les équipes.

Ce poste est basé à Montréal avec un mode de travail hybride (1-2 fois par semaine au bureau).

Responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous ferez ce qui suit :- Gérer les parties prenantes et les communications. Travaillez avec les principales parties prenantes des équipes de direction, des architectes et de la gestion des produits pour définir la stratégie et les exigences. Servir de point focal de communication sur des programmes et initiatives complexes, avec d'autres équipes Autodesk et la direction des divisions. Fournir des rapports d'étape au niveau de la direction et de l'équipe sur l'état d'avancement de l'initiative, les risques et les réalisations- Planifier et assurer la livraison. Vous vous engagez auprès de la direction et des équipes d'ingénierie à élaborer un plan de livraison clair. Pendant la phase d'exécution, où plusieurs cycles de sprints sont suivis par plusieurs équipes d'ingénieurs, inspectez, affinez continuellement le plan et communiquez régulièrement aux parties prenantes les progrès réalisés par rapport aux objectifs. Concentrez-vous sur l'élimination des obstacles en aidant les équipes d'ingénieurs à gérer les exceptions. Mener l'identification des risques et l'analyse des mesures d'atténuation afin de lever les obstacles potentiels, de réduire le gaspillage, d'optimiser la livraison et d'améliorer la satisfaction de l'équipe à l'égard du processus de livraison. Diriger les efforts de l'équipe de développement interfonctionnelle pour fournir des solutions techniques, de la conception à la livraison. Pilotez l'automatisation des processus de livraison qui s'étendent à la conception, au développement et aux opérations afin de créer de la transparence et une source unique de vérité- Soyez un agent du changement. Favorisez l'amélioration continue et notre culture Kaizen, basée sur la science, en conduisant des changements par le biais de rétrospectives et de « leçons apprises »

Qualifications mínimales- Licence dans une discipline d'ingénierie ou d'informatique ou dans un domaine connexe- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience à travailler directement avec des équipes d'ingénieurs sur des initiatives très complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes, dans un environnement en évolution rapide, en utilisant des méthodologies traditionnelles et Agile- 3 ans ou plus d'expérience en tant que technicien : Gestionnaire de programme, Gestionnaire de produit, Architecte logiciel ou autre fonction similaire- Connaissance démontrée des systèmes/services cloud et des plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)- Vous disposez d'une solide formation et d'aptitudes techniques, d'un sens du détail et d'excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec un large public- Vous êtes passionné par les processus et l'excellence opérationnelle- Désir de continuer à apprendre et à se remettre en question- Excellentes compétences en matière d'établissement de relations et d'influence- Capacité à utiliser des outils techniques pour développer des programmes et des solutions

The Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is impactful, ensuring engineering teams achieve business outcomes. Our TPM works across the PSET domain areas to formulate and successfully deliver technical solutions, and is responsible for complex program and initiative delivery from planning through execution, including delivery forecasting, managing risks, dependencies, and alignment with stakeholders. In this role, you will engage with cross-functional teams, with other Autodesk divisions and/or outside partners/stakeholders to drive key aspects of technical solutions, and strategic planning, and address cross-team dependencies and relationships.

This position is based in Montreal with a hybrid mode (1-2 times per week at the office)
