- Manage strategic and complex DS project(s) in alignment with DS program/portfolio requirements
- Define strategic long-term and short-term program/portfolio objectives supporting business mission
- Establish policies and procedures governing program/portfolio execution and accountability
- Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Maintain matrix for process improvements
- Drive project deliverables and task details
- Align activities and resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget project delivery
- Monitor, and report to the business unit on the project's cost performance
- Contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Participate in the management and utilization of the resources across projects.
- Managing stakeholders’ communication
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” to the objectives of the project management office
- Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Proactively look at ways to address challenges as well as develop recommendations/solutions to successfully address project issues

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is a strong asset
- PMP Certification is a strong asset
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large & complex projects
- 2+ years of Program/Portfolio Management experience, an asset
- Confluence / SharePoint pages editing
- Strong Excel Spreadsheets skills, working with pivot tables is a strong asset
- Bilingual English/French is a strong asset
- Leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance
- Energetic, professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude at all times
- Eligibility to work in the US
